What information do I need to provide when querying a payment?

To help us trace a payment quickly, please provide:

(1) the payment reference number

(2) the exact amount and currency

(3) the value date

(4) the beneficiary IBAN and name

(5) the sender's full details if it's an incoming payment.

Without these details, tracing can take significantly longer.
